Ali Asaria was formerly the CEO and founder of Well.ca, Canada's largest online health, baby and beauty store. Prior to founding Well.ca, Ali worked at Research In Motion (RIM) Blackberry devices; where he independently developed “BrickBreaker”, the most popular Blackberry game that is now on more than 100 million devices worldwide. In 2005, Ali was RIM's youngest patent recipient. Prior to RIM, Ali worked in Microsoft's Redmond office on the Office 2007 User Interface Team.
Most of his time is spent planning for growth, managing staff, and developing technologies. His goal is to make a company that is innovative, successful, honest, and compassionate.

Jeff Henderson is Executive Vice President & CIO, TD Bank Group. Jeff leads the development, oversight, and implementation of Enterprise Technology Solutions across the bank, including its strategic plan.
In his previous role of SVP, Office of the CIO, Jeff led all activities related to IT Performance Management and Financial Analysis, IT Project Management and Orchestration and Enterprise Governance.
Jeff’s career with TD started in 1994 as Manager, Derivative Systems for TD Securities. Since then Jeff has held key senior leadership roles in areas across the bank, including Chief Technology Officer, CIO TD Canadian Banking, CIO TD America’s Most Convenient Bank, CIO Wholesale Banking, and Chief Auditor for TD Bank Group.
Jeff holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation, as well as an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration (HBBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
With 3 children under 13 years of age, Jeff’s free time is dedicated to his family – including coaching his son’s and daughter’s baseball teams, and attending all of their games and other activities.

Terry is Deloitte Canada’s Chief Innovation Officer, a core member of the firm’s Global Innovation Network, and a partner with the Canadian Financial Services Consulting practice. Terry applies his passion for innovation and the experience gained from his 25-year consulting career to help clients benchmark their innovation capabilities and design and implement programs that help solve fundamental business problems. Within Deloitte, Terry and his team work to create new offerings across core services and a culture of innovation.
